Refund Policy

VIP is $5/month, billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — no questions asked.
Cancellation
You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time through the billing portal, accessible from the VIP Settings page. Upon cancellation, your VIP perks (gold name, badge, avatar ring, early access) remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Refunds
Because VIP perks are delivered immediately upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period once it has started.
However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you subscribed by mistake or experienced a technical issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will do our best to make it right.
To request a refund, reach out via our Discord server with the email address associated with your account.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once in error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge. Please contact us as soon as possible with your Stripe receipt.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we're a small team and are happy to resolve issues directly.
