- Use a username that is not offensive, impersonating, or misleading

- Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful

5. VIP Membership
VIP is a paid monthly subscription processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — your VIP benefits remain active until the end of the paid billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as a profile picture). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
7. Intellectual Property
RustGuessr and its original content are owned by us. The game Rust and its assets are the property of Facepunch Studios. RustGuessr is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores or data will be preserved indefinitely. Use the site at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RustGuessr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
